“Yoga is a journey of the Self, through the self.”
“I’ve been taking classes from Tracy for a year and she is amazing!
Tracy has many years of experience, but her qualities go way beyond that! Each class is different, and she listens carefully to what her students need. Tracy teaches many styles of yoga, but my favorite is Yin. Pure Bliss! Tracy has a playful teaching style and a beautiful, soothing, clear voice that makes it easy to surrender, relax, and savor the experience. I recommend her highly!”
“I’m grateful to Tracy for her yoga therapy and wellness presentation at the Deputy Sheriff’s Association of San Diego County. Everyone loved it and left feeling very relaxed.”
“Tracy is truly a gift to the Universe! I adore her teachings and the experiences she offers in her classes. They are truly unique and inspiring.”
“Tracy’s energy is absolutely amazing. Not only do her classes revitalize you, but being in her presence makes you feel calm and peaceful. She is patient and goes above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable.
A+ from me. Highly recommended.”
“Tracy has taken me on as a rehab project. After 8 months of inactivity after back surgery, Tracy has helped me regain my strength and flexibility in our private yoga therapy lessons. She is soothing, knowledgeable, and a gift to me.”
“Tracy is a wonderful teacher, incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly perceptive, incredibly fun, incredibly positive. She is a master of her craft.
Her teaching style is warm and fun, non-judgmental and non-striving. Perhaps nicest of all, she never makes the class about her. Each student’s practice is front and center, and Tracy shows up to support that in so many ways. She’s wonderful. If you get a chance, take a Yin Yoga class with her, your body will thank you for it!”
