One-on-One Yoga Therapy Sessions are conducted in the comforts of your home, or at Tracy’s home studio.

- Balance. Tracy will work with you to tailor sessions based on your current condition, dis-ease, physical and emotional state.

- A customized Therapeutic plan. Tracy will look at your lifestyle, and communicate with your existing healthcare team.
