One-on-One Yoga Therapy Sessions are conducted in the comforts of your home, or at Tracy’s home studio.

What you’ll receive from our working together:

  • Empowerment. In our working together, you will receive support to align yourself with better health, mood, and habits to improve your quality of life.
  • Balance. Tracy will work with you to tailor sessions based on your current condition, dis-ease, physical and emotional state.
  • Healing. Reducing, and/or managing symptoms that cause suffering; improving function; helping to prevent the occurrence or recurrence of underlying causes of illness; and moving toward overall improved health and well-being.
  • A customized Therapeutic plan. Tracy will look at your lifestyle, and communicate with your existing healthcare team.
