1:1 Yoga Sessions are conducted in the comfort of your home.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PRIVATE YOGA CLASS VS. A PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY SESSION?
A hallmark that differentiates yoga therapy from a yoga class is the presence of an individual intake and assessment for the individual from the Yoga Therapy session prior to commencing the class. A body assessment is conducted in the 90-minute intake to personalize the practice based on the needs of the client, and re-assessment at regular intervals throughout a series of classes.
What you’ll receive from our working together:
- Empowerment. In our working together, you will receive support to align yourself with better health, mood, and habits to improve your quality of life.
- Balance. Tracy will work with you to tailor sessions based on your current condition, dis-ease, physical, and emotional state.
- Healing. Reducing, and/or managing symptoms that cause suffering; improving function; helping to prevent the occurrence or recurrence of underlying causes of illness; and moving toward overall improved health and well-being.
- A customized Therapeutic plan for Yoga Therapy Clients. Tracy will look at your lifestyle and communicate with your existing healthcare team.
Private YOGA CLASS Packages for 1-3 participants maximum:
Short Intensive: $195 for three private sessions
Regular Relief: $325 for five private sessions
Long-Term Care: $650 for ten private sessions
Private YOGA THERAPY Packages for 1 participant:
Short Therapeutic Intensive: $300 for one initial evaluation + three follow-up therapy sessions
Regular Therapeutic Relief: $440 for one initial evaluation + five follow-up therapy sessions
Long-Term Therapeutic Care: $790 for one initial evaluation + ten follow-up therapy sessions
