Living Yoga Workshop
For yoga teachers, yoga students, body workers, therapists, and individuals experiencing anxiety symptoms.

This full-day workshop will focus on how anxiety and chronic stress affect the various systems of the body with a more in-depth scope of brain anatomy and effects on the nervous system. We’ll look at subtle anatomy, emotional holding patterns in the body armor, and how yoga will help. Experience specific breathing techniques to calm the nervous system. You will also experience partner exercises, meditation, yoga therapeutics, and yoga nidra. By the end of this workshop, you will have a variety of tools to draw upon to support your daily life and a new perspective on yourself.
Yoga Teachers will receive 5 hours of CE credits with Yoga Alliance.
