In this Living Yoga 8-week Class Series, you will learn about Anxiety and the effects on the body, Yoga Therapy and Holistic Health as a means of developing coping tools to help manage stress and anxiety symptoms. Over the course of the Living Yoga 8-week class series, you will explore these tools in a hands-on approach: pranayama (breathing techniques), Self-study, perspective shift, mindfulness, meditation, Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation), group discussions, Yoga asanas (postures) for all-levels including beginners who have no prior experience. You will also receive a Workbook for this class.
The Living Yoga Workbook is a valuable resource to support your growth through our 8 weeks together and for the rest of your life.
This class series is limited to 8 participants so that we can have an intimate group size to strengthen a feeling of connection and safety.
You will be required to complete a student release/waiver and a client intake form so the class can be tailored to your individual needs. Tuition must be paid in full prior to the start date.
