Soulful Sunday 9:00 a.m.

This 75 minute Hatha Yoga class is both energizing and grounding.  It’s balancing.  A blend of conscious breathing, mindfulness, Yoga postures, and meditation.  This class is intended to inspire the mind and enliven the soul through freeing the body.  All levels welcome. 

Mula Monday 9:00 a.m.

This 20 minute class is intended to start your week with grounding Root work. Mula means Root in sanskrit.  Mula Monday is a grounding yoga flow using sun salutations, energy balancing postures, deep stretches, mindful breathing, and meditation to start your week feeling centered and focused.  All levels welcome.

Yin & Yoga Nidra Tuesday 6:30 p.m.

This 75 minute class is a blend of Yin Yoga which therapeutically stretches the fascia and the joints.  You will learn how to use the breath to travel deeply within to still the mind and calm the body.  Class ends with a 15 minute guided Deep Relaxation called Yoga Nidra.  All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga 6:30 p.m.

This 75 minute class is a blend of Moon Salutations, Yin Yoga, and Meditation, which will help you relax deeply.  This practice is extremely heart-centered and improves quality sleep.  Perfect for restless insomniacs.  All levels welcome.

Flamboyant Flow Friday 9:00 a.m.

This fun 20 minute class is perfect when you don’t have a lot of time, but you want your Yoga fix.  It uses sun salutations, strength-building postures, heart-openers, and conscious breathing to help align the chakras (energy centers) and leave you wanting to smile.  All levels welcome.



  • Send your class payment prior to class if you selected the drop-in class option.
  • Practice Yoga on an empty stomach.  Eat 60-90 mins before class.
  • A Yoga mat isn’t necessary but recommended.
  • Always have pillows and blankets to use for your comfort and stability in class.
  • Hydrate before and after class. Warm water with lemon is recommended for detoxification benefits.
